China will offer all least developed countries (LDCS) with which it has diplomatic ties zero-tariff treatment for all tariff lines, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council said.
Effective from December 1 this year, the treatment aims at expanding unilateral opening to these LDCs and foster bilateral development, a statement by the commission said.
